ThE sToRy Of KoRn: In My OwN wOrDs
This is the story of KoRn, and their musical success.
In 1994, KoRn had released their very first album entitled "KoRn." KoRn began to hit the airwaves and shock listeners with their new sounds and styles.
Then, in 1996, "Life is Peachy" was born. With the single A.D.I.D.A.S. causing controversy, they were still making it happen.
This band from Bakersfield, California was making it big.
In 1998, the hit cd that sold millions came out. This was of course, "Follow The Leader." With new "rap" sounding visions, this could be the most popular of the KoRn albums. This success is with such songs as; Freak on a Leash, Got the Life, and All in the Family with Fred from Limp Bizkit.
As KoRn mania died down, KoRn released another album called "Issues." This of course, featured the art work from the KoRn Cover Contest. With songs such as; Falling Away From Me, Make Me Bad, and Somebody Someone, it's no wonder KoRn had such great success.
It wouldn't be until 3 years later that KoRn had returned to the music scene. In 2002, KoRn put out their new album, in no rush, called "Untouchables."
This cd is still making some major hits right now including, Here to Stay, and Thoughtless.
After releasing "Untouchables," KoRn hit the road with the Ozzfest team for their first time.
And now, with their hit on the radio right now, Did My Time, KoRn will stay alive and heard all across the nation.
